If you were unable to log in to take your examination your web browser may not be properly configured. First you need to find out what type of web browser you are using. If you do not already know, then click on help at the top on your menu bar and look at the bottom of the pull down list. The browser name should be listed under this menu, if all else fails it is usually listed under the "About" section of the help menu. Follow the instructions below for your specific web browser.

Internet Explorer

These steps are used for Internet Explorer version 6.0. If you have a different version then these steps may differ slightly.

1. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the web browser.
2. Click on Internet Options at the bottom of the list.
3. Click on the Privacy tab.
4. Click on the Edit button.
5. Under Address of Web Site enter "nahpusa.com" without the quotes.
6. Press the Allow button.
7. Press the Ok button.
8. Press the Apply button.
9. Press the Ok button.
10. Close the web browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.


Netscape / Mozilla / Gecko

These steps are for Mozilla/5.0 (version 1.2.1), Gecko (version 20021120), or Netscape (version 7.01). If you have a different version of any of these web browsers steps may differ slightly.

1. Click on the Edit menu at the top of the web browser.
2. Click on Preferences at the bottom of the list.
3. Double click on Privacy & Security from the list on the left.
4. Click on Cookies under Privacy & Security.
5. Click on the Enable All Cookies bubble.
6. Press the Ok button.
7. Close the web browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.


Opera

These steps are used for Opera version 7.01. If you have a different version then these steps may differ slightly.

1. Click on the File menu at the top of the web browser.
2. Click on Preferences near the bottom of the list.
3. Click on Privacy from the list on the left.
4. Make sure the Enable Cookies check box is checked.
5. Click on the Edit Server Filters button.
6. Choose Accept From Domain from the top drop down list.
7. Enter "www.nahpusa.com" without the quotes into the bottom box.
8. Press the Add button.
9. Press the Ok button.
10. Press the Apply button.
11. Press the Ok button.
12. Close the web browser, reopen it, and try logging in again.
